What makes a celebration of life service a unique opportunity is individuals from all facets of your loved one’s life come together in honor of their memory. Friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, and more gather to pay tribute to the profound impact your loved one has had. Most likely there will never be this group of people in the same place again.
One of the most meaningful ways to commemorate your loved one’s life is by preserving firsthand accounts of the ways in which they touched the lives of those around them.
What Is Provided?
Here are the different ways we can honor your loved one during a celebration of life service.
Celebration of Life Tribute Film
An engaging short film that features the most meaningful, impactful, and significant moments from a celebration of life service. This is combined with photos, b-roll, scrapbooks, music, and other elements to create a compelling film that tells your loved one’s story.
Individual Video Interviews
Family, friends, and anyone else can have an opportunity to sit down and share about how your loved one has enriched their life. This could be variety of things like lessons they learned, fond memories they shared, or funny stories that occurred.
These interviews can be conducted onsite at a time before or after the events are occurring or at another time convenient for the family or the person’s schedule. The interviews can be used to help create the Celebration of Life Tribute Film. Copies of each interview will be included with the other videos.
Private and Public Versions
At times a family will wish to have multiple versions of the Celebration of Life Tribute Film created. One for the general public and one for specific family and friends.
Sensitive visuals or information will be excluded from the “public version” based off their direction.
Full Video Coverage of Events
Everything from the visitation, the celebration of life service, processional, the burial, can be captured. The individual full-length videos are included in the delivery of Celebration of Life Tribute Film.
Family Photography
If the family would like to capture the events with photography as well as video, this can be accommodated for.
Flexible and Customizable

Delivery of the final videos will be within a couple weeks to a couple months depending on scope of project and volume of projects going on.
The final videos will be delivered on a USB or through an online download link.
We can create a permanent backup copy if the family wishes.
We want families of various backgrounds and incomes to be able to benefit from this service. So, a family can come with a pre-determined budget and the scope will be crafted based upon that. Or if a family doesn’t have a specific budget, we will create an estimate based on project specifics.
We travel depending on whether schedule allows it.
We primarily film funerals and celebration of life services in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and places within 30 miles of the Twin Cities. Funeral videography often has very short notice between the initial inquiry to showing up and helping record for the families.
We would love to serve every family however because of demand and a full schedule there are times where we will not be able to film depending on date, time, and location.
A common instance would be multiple families having celebration of life services on the same day at the same time. Because of this we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
